H2S combined with water creates sulfiric acid. Dilution is the solution to pollution. Wash everthing down with copious amounts of water

Does the FDNY not have a decontamination unit - tent where firefighters still wearing their gear stand and get washed off by water and detergents, with the waste water collected. Adjoining sections allow for them to remove gear before changing their clothing.

My thoughts on a double parked or illegally parked vehicle in a handicapped area is this, lose their license for 6 months first offence and have mandatory ride alongs with a police, fire,ambulance. Then show a clearence test of state drivers law . Just my opinions.

Genuine question.. how many US firefighters suffer from respiratory diseases associated with their work? it’s surely got to be a significant number. I enjoy these videos but regularly see crews carrying their BA gear, but not wearing it in situations where it would be beneficial..
great video of the inside operation.... was in fire service 20 yrs and amazes me how long a PASS device was sounding, with what seems like zero concerns from the firefighters working the area.
